Welcome to NeoPakistan. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you and NeoPakistan (“we”, “us” or “our”) governing your access to and use of neopakistan.pkand all related content, features and services (collectively, the “Service”). Mobile phone prices, specifications and other data on the Service are provided for general informational purposes only and may change without notice. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Pakistan.
